Today was my first visit to Community Vet located at 15541 Snow Rd in Brook Park Ohio Before the visit I was sent a text explaining what their process was, and how long the visit could be. Going in, I knew I would be waiting up to, if not longer than 40 minutes. When I arrived they registered my pet, we stayed in the first waiting room for about 20 minutes, as the other room emptied out we, were removed over there, where we waited approximately another 20 minutes. Very kind people have my cat put down and they were very sweet
This place is horrible they don’t care about your pets it’s all about money. They will prescribe whatever to make money even if your pets don’t need it. The vets there can care less about your pets RUN!!!! don’t walk away from this place. I’ve lost all respect for vets after this place.
