I was contacted by a loan officer from the Pikeville branch on December 8, 2022 regarding my deceased father's auto loan. She first asked me if I knew why she was calling, which of course I did not know. She proceeded to inform me that his car loan was delinquent and then further questioned the whereabouts of the vehicle.
