I have worked with several title companies in the last few years, always emotionless, robotic "sign here, sign here...", some even rude. However, Robin/Tammy/the whole team at Community Title were amazing. Robin has so much personality, approachable and knowledgeable. She went through all the sections in detail and made sure we both understood and gave the background of the "why".
