On time, great communication and organized, which is what you need most in a closer and a closing team. Would certainly work with Community Title . Warning , you been warned worst service ever 3 months have gone by and me and buyer both signed paperwork and they just keep pushing deal back for no reason don’t come here. Office unresponsive say they will call you don’t wait on it. Only one guy they rely on for deals which is Mark and he never answers
