Insanity at it’s best. I was skeptical about working with a title agency that I wasn’t familiar with but the listing agent ensured me that it would be smooth. It was until the transaction closed. After submitting my escrow letter which clearly defined what was suppose to be paid to myself and my referral partner Hwa, whom was the title representative.
