Community Title stays right on top of everything! From the time our order came from our lender and after closing. They explained the different processes and expectations to bring our order to close. The identity verification process through CertifID was simple and reassuring - no more carrying in a cashier's check and waiting for the check clear or worrying about losing it during the move. Community Title was very welcoming. We had to bring our dogs with us because our dog-sitters fell through. No only was our dog welcomed but given treats and a water bowl. They had all the documents ready and explained them so we could understand. The whole process went by in a flash. They knew we were in a rush so they wired the proceed check to an office on our way back to Illinois. Very fast, friendly and accommodating. Five stars, all day long
