Community Title was very welcoming. We had to bring our dogs with us because our dog-sitters fell through. No only was our dog welcomed but given treats and a water bowl. They had all the documents ready and explained them so we could understand. The whole process went by in a flash. They knew we were in a rush so they wired the proceed check to an office on our way back to Illinois. Very fast, friendly and accommodating. Five stars, all day long
