Just called the manager Rafael to complain about their rude service. My wife got a flat tire and needed a patch. Guy was rude from the get go; rolled his eyes as she was pulling in. Mocked her other tires and tried to sway her to buy another one, overpriced the patch, and made her enter the office even after she stated that our two children are inside the car.
