Best Price Around I went last night, and purchased four new tires for my truck, I called all around Bakersfield, Big Brand had the tires I needed and oh my were they the cheapest I got a quote for ,at least by $200. The service I received was so wonderful, I think, no ai know I will be going to Big Brand from now on. The reason they received 4 stars is it did take a while to put on all tires, but they deserve 5 stars from me.
Good Service! We just went and got 2 tires fixed. They were very friendly and speedy. The job was done in an hour or less. The price of the tires were reasonable. We will be a return customer!
Free services...they are here to help! I purchased a used car (Honda CR-V) from a local dealer that had almost 200K miles, but was in excellent shape. The spare matched the four other tires, but had never been used. So, I decided to take it in to Big Brand in Ventura (where I take all my business) for a rotation, and asked if they would also check the suspension and brakes to see if anything was worn. Outstanding Service A nail was stuck in my tire. From the time I arrived (greeted with a smile) the time to take the nail out & inspect the other tires and leave was a total of 20 minutes. And the best part, it was "FREE!" This store location is rated "Outstanding, Awesome, with Excellent customer service."
Great service, Great prices, OPEN SUNDAYS! This place is by far one of the best! Only place I can send my wife and family in knowing they will be taken care of. They are busy. Big Brand Rules Big Brand is the best ever. Good pricing, awesome service, the computer room is a good way to pass the time. Anyone with 1/2 a brain would know that auto repair takes time, if you want fast food Mickey D's is just down the street.
Great Service! I recently got some work done on my care at Big Brand Tire at their Thousand Oaks location. The quality of service was wonderful and the people were very friendly. The prices were good as well. Overall, I had no complaints. I will definitely go back and utilize their services.
Big Brand Tire Co "New Staff" Has Bad Customer Service Skills Big Brand Tire in Ventura will ignore it's customers while they are busy talking on their cells to their buddies. I saw the mechanic drive my car to the front, hand the keys and paperwork to the front desk clerk and never even bother to mention to me that my car was ready. Best tire and oil change place This is the place to get you're tires. The prices are reasonable, the service is professional and friendly. I usually don't have to wait a long time unless they are very busy. I usually walk to Target close by and get some excercise while waiting.
