My family has been a customer to this shop location for 30+ years. Since the take over by Big Brand, quality of service and pricing has gone haywire. It’s a shame that what was once a great shop, great communication and willingness to work with the customer has become just another corporate location robbing people of their money. The “free check” for my battery and alternator was actually $187. Will not return.
Absolutely horrible service expect the nice guy that talks Spanish you should give him a raise for sure the other guy with the glasses suggested we take the plastic off the truck since it was rubbing ?like who does that also it took almost 5hours for a tire change
Fast service and car rides great. I will have to say though that Matt could have been a little friendlier or should I say genuine. A little bit of a harsh personality maybe just tired. He did not offer me or mention warranties on tires : says I declined. I was never asked. I also had to ask about watranty and extension on alignment. But the mechanics were great.
Alex and the staff are amazing!! I went for a screw in my tire, and they treated me so great, I'm going back next week for a whole set of new tires! In today's world, it's hard to find such great customer service!!
This was the best experience I think I’ve ever had with getting my car fixed. It was so easy and so affordable. Matt has the best customer service and really cares. I’d recommend this place to everyone. All my people will start going here now!
