Terrible & slow service. They made a mistake on my sisters car which then caused her to go 6+ with absolutely no vehicle while they were “working” on it. They are dodging all emails & calls that have to do with the paperwork. When she did get it back, it broke within 2 weeks. Don’t go here.
On Sunday, my tire was shredded, and no one was open but this gem in Gilbert. I went in, and they got me out in under 40 minutes. I then noticed my other tire was getting shredded I went to Greenway and 32nd. All I can say is that I was pleased with the customer service I received. It felt like a family atmosphere, and the work was done efficiently. I will be using them for all my tire and auto service needs moving forward. They are convienient and the time waiting went by fast. Thank you to everyone there !
They were helpful and managed to service my car before closing. Had been procrastinating getting my car maintenance done and it was nice to know part of what I needed was done for free! (Tire rotation). If I had gone to a dealership it forsure would've cost me. Great customer and communication 10/10
