When calling obviously I was informed they didn’t accept certain insurances but I wasn’t able to even finish my sentence before the person interrupting me saying “oh nooooooooo…..” with a long as “nooooooo” like ok you can just say no I’m sorry. But every time I asked even if they knew what I was asking they kept cutting me off middle sentence. I had the worst experience with just calling and checking for services. Very discouraging tbh.
We love Community Therapy Services! My daughter has been getting speech therapy there for almost a year and she has made so much improvement. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and the waiting room is a perfect place for my younger son and I to sit and play while we wait for my daughter.
We were lucky to have CTS help with our children for speech and now OT. Ms. Melanie and Ms. Elizabeth are wonderful to work with - they make their environments a safe space and fun enough where our kids look forward to their sessions. Ms. Brenda at the front desk is so easy to work with and is a friendly face when you walk in. Thank you for the hard work to help our children grow and gain confidence in themselves!
This is a wonderful place for kids to find their full potential. We have been so lucky to experience their knowledge and kindness over the past six years. All of the staff are amazing people.
