This was a wonderful programme led by a kind and instructive physiotherapist. Each of the 45 min sessions started with a chair warm up and ended with a chair cool down. Some weeks we did a circuit with a variety of exercise stations using equipment brought in by the trainer. We also did tai chi, balance exercises with a partner - very important for seniors- learned how to get up from falls on the floor, how to bend correctly and much more. Feeling more confident with gentle exercises after attending this course
I found this group of people very friendly and I think because our instructor David made us all so welcome . David showed us lots of exercises to help us get stronger. Thank you
