It appears Cecilia is no longer the owner. The woman named Jennifer who is now in charge is incompetent and lacks knowledge. She seems to be experimenting with your taxes, and there's no customer service. she is just taking the customers from Cecilia and doing a very bad job.

It was one of my worst experience in my life you try to call them and make an appointment they don't respond and when you walk in the give the biorety to there people and they are not professional in appointment or respecting clients time and also they are not professional in filling they try to don't let fill your whole income and they charge 300$ for 10 minutes work very bad and rude people 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

We made an appointment, arrived early, and had to wait more than an hour after our appointment time to be seen. Cecilia was rude and wouldn’t listen to me. She made us wait and said we would be attended in the order we arrived. She let 2 people that arrived after us, go before us. We were charged $250, $50 extra than what we were supposed to pay. Cecilia is rude and unprofessional. Very bad service.
