Don't use this tax service unless local. The online program very difficult to use. I had used my same acct there for years but live a distance away. Since their online services don't work properly, I will find another acct for future years. Very disappointed
Would NEVER go here again. Dropped off my taxes. I was told as a new client who opened a new business, that I did not need an appt. Over a week later, Sherri called me three times within 15 minutes with questions. It was the weekend & I was not home so I told her I would get the answers to her Monday. Monday I called & left a voicemail which was never returned. I called back later in the day & was told that not only was Sherri out sick, but that she does not accept appts.
