Prompt courteous service
This was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. Mom hasn’t had a new wheelchair before. We didn’t realize that her health plan covers wheelchairs until Carebridge informed me recently. This should be announced clearly in any insurance plans, but obviously was not. She’s been using a ‘loaner’ with mis matched foot rests and a stripped out break from a loan closet. Shame on the f corporate ((yes you UHC!) that hide benefits and obscure the important information that patients deserve and need to be informed of.
