Horrible company, never answers or return their phone calls...Unreliable company! Do not use them! Wish my doctor knew about their unprofessional service ahead of time.
Lousy customer service. The left & the right don't know what they're doing. You're kept on hold for egregious periods of time. Arranged for a pick up of a wheelchair the week before the pickup date. Was told to call the morning of pickup to get a window of when they should be here. I called at 9AM. First I was told they would be here between 11-1.
