I have never even used this company, but just received a voicemail where they told me my first and last name and said my Anthem insurance was no longer active so I had to call to give them my updated insurance information. I’ve never even had anthem before. Based on this experience and all the other horrible reviews, I can tell you to stay far, far away from this unethical, scammy company. Why they are even still able to be in business is beyond me.
Let’s just say this is the worst place EVER!!!! I had a relative who passed away and they were with this company so they needed the oxygen equipment back and they never came. Every time you make an appointment they can’t give you a time or a dispatcher. When you make an appointment they never show up or show up late and you can’t meet them so when they reschedule you, THEY STILL DON’T SHOW UP!!!!!! One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They are mostly clueless. Can't wait to find a different supplier
I have been trying to get my daughters formula since Feb 20. Since Feb 20th Ive been told someone will call me back. On Monday WHEN I CALLED I was told her order would arrive in 2-3 days. now the staff doesnt have access to tracking numbers and its on back order, but someone will call me back. Board of Insurance is going to have a field day.
Fantastic service each and every time!!! Very dependable, friendly and courteous! I highly recommend them!!! They stand out from the rest !!!!
