I gave 1 star, only because I couldn't give anything less. I have been trying to resolve an invoice for months. The 1st bill arrived in December, and it was paid upon receipt. According to my EOB, I overpaid by $1.87. Later in December, I received another invoice for $14.16 more than the original. Multiple calls without any response.
