Great pre-op communication, up front clarity about amount due (which was much less than I was expecting), and great care from the medical staff. Clean and inviting. Super safe parking.
UNORGANIZED! UNACCEPTABLE!! After going through the whole process of scheduling an appointment for my surgery (2 months in advance), doing my medical tests, fasting as required, I arrived the morning of the surgery to be told: “We made a scheduling mistake, we can’t have you here today” - Lost 2 days of work than won’t pay me for. Bunch of incompetents. I will never go back there, ever again.
I had an amazing experience! I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. EVERYONE, EVERYONE was exceptional! Extremely professional and kind. I was extremely nervous but my nurse Chantal was reassuring which helped me remain calm and at peace. Upon waking up from the procedure a male nurse greeted me kindly and asked how I felt. I had a wonderful experience with Community Surgery Center. The nurses and doctors were all very kind and took excellent care of me. And the aftercare, follow up phone calls, they were always polite kind and attentive. The facility is clean, and pleasant, with pretty curtains surrounding the beds for privacy.
Very nice and caring staff. Today at 11am I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. They called me a few days before the visit and reminded me of the appointment, sent me medications with instructions on when and how to start taking them. The day before the examination they called and told me what not to do the day before the examinations.
