My family has used COMSTOR Self Storage in Russells Point, OH several times. I have been very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. Recently we removed our items from storage but did not notify them immediately of the change. We received an e-mail and a phone call to confirm that it was us that had removed the items and the lock. I find this to be very reassuring when considering the security of the facility. Thank you!!!
