The people at Community Storage central office were very kind. However, our particular storage unit was in Glencoe, Alabama. This storage location is bad, very bad. We chose this storage based off of the website. After we arrived with two moving trucks on the clock, we had no other option. We stored my mom’s household there for a month. There was not a gate, the surveillance camera did not appear to work, rodents were in my mom's couch when she moved into her house.
