I’m new to Troy, have not opened an account yet. Used their ATM machine because there is no fee from my out of state bank. I needed certain bill denominations for grandchildren’s Christmas cards. I took the large bills from the ATM directly inside the bank to get smaller bills (the ATM was out of smaller bills). When I walked inside… I was treated very badly, spoken down to and argued with by the tellers - They “don’t make change nor help people that are not clients of their bank.” I did get the bills changed, but a month la... read more
No one listens, gave the teller instructions on how to run the card and they ran it wrong to many times and locked my card and I'm out of state working and now can't use my money for a week and have kids with me in need to feed.
