I like this bank. My boyfriend banks here, and has for many years. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. He frequently forgets his online sign in info, and has to go in and set it back up. They always sit down with him and very patiently help him through it. This location and the E 14 and Euclid locations have worked with him on his credit score, and currently he has a very high score. I'm shopping for a new bank. ATM never has cash or is always shut down. Terrible location.
Banks are an anchor tenant in any shopping center. Please stop letting the parking lot and entrances go unmaintained. You're a bank, you expect people to trust you with their money, but your building has no curb appeal and the closest entrance has a huge hole like a sinkhole is ready to open. Please use your leverage to pressure the leasing management to maintain easement for your customers, or fix it yourself if you own it.
