I currently live at Atrium Villas in St Mary's. Atrium Villas is managed by Community Solutions. Atrium Villas certainly has its share of problems. The HOA fee is ridiculously high. The HOA board does nothing to solve problems. They seem to be better at creating problems. The latest problem that has occurred because of the HOA board is that residents and or guests may not park on the street or in the driveway. This company has been nothing but a headache for myself and my renters. They are unorganized, unavailable during work hours, and very rude when they are there. We are charged unreasonable fees for everything you can think of and our hands are tied when disputing because they are unwilling to explain. They turn the pool key off whevever they feel like it and it's a very difficult and lengthy process to get it turned back on, mainly because you can never get a hold of anybody.
