Not a good atmosphere to flourish for people re entering the community.

The facility tries to help those who need aid getting back into the community after incarceration. Unfortunately, their hands are tied by the department of parole. Parole doesn't want proper reintegration, nor ties made to the communities that would help reduce recidivism. They want it to be run like a warehouse and tracking facility. No cultural things may be done. It may work for short term offenders, but for the long term, trying to reintegrate, it isn't very good.
