The start was great! I liked my salesman, I liked going and picking everything out! We've heard good things. However, after the initial signing to start things went downhill. Very slow response times if not at all! Lazy work. Walls in my garage are not lined up. Unfinished mudding in the garage. Writing on the walls. Im still waiting to get my foundation finished. The customer service is not there. As of right now I do kind of regret building with them.
I live next door to a model home of Nilson Homes and they have flooded my yard for the last two summers by over watering. Ten feet along my property line is a marsh. I cannot even mow it. I had planned to put in a pool but with so much flooding I have not been able to do so. I would love for them to contact me to finally fix this problem.
