Hire more staff please my time is valuable and waiting for 10 minutes as the only car in the drive thru and no customers inside is unacceptable. I just opened my account here and was hoping for better service then my previous bank.
I have been a loyal customer of Choice One Bank for nearly 8 years, but my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After restructuring of my loan, imposing rates that are both unjustified and far higher than anything else on the market. Instead of working with their customers, it seems they would rather take advantage of them. Drive thru not open til noon on Saturdays like it says
Just wait until a weekend when they decide to do some sort of "security check" like asking your password (do you still remember it?). If you don't remember it, you will be locked out from being able to see your accounts or make a payment from your checking account. You can still draw out money from the ATM so it isn't all negative. This is only done now and then, but you will need to call their customer service or go to the bank to fix the issue.
