Is this a joke or am I being punked. I would like to know where my $140 us. Is this the kind of place that this is??? I payed for a dui evaluation only to told a week later that my appointment is canceled and that they're shutting down now no one to answer the phone. This is literally the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a facility! Truly I'd just like my money back.....
Great place to go to. They really have your best interest here. Ross and everyone is very knowledgeable and caring. The P.A.I.P./DVP programs are very well structured. Choose Community Service Council!
My family was too big for them to help us. I was told to get in contact with Dupage Pads. We tried to but whoever answered the phone hung up in my wife's face after asking was it a shelter. And to this day they still haven't responded to my email I sent the day we got evicted from our home.
Brittany is amazing! She was extremely helpful with my adolescent child. We attended 8 sessions with her and my child is doing so much better. Words can’t express my appreciation. She is very professional and it definitely shows. Our experience was five star quality. Thanks Brittany!
It was very unprofessional, Brittany Stevenson especially. I took my child there looking for help but after he met with Brittany a few times he started self harming himself and not eating all because she said he was helpless and fat. I would not recommend she is untrained and should be fired.
