Saw the therapist once. Second visit after waiting 40 minutes and not being called back I left. My next appointment was rescheduled to November. I just got a call that the November appointment is being rescheduled for December or January because he doesn’t work in November and probably won’t work in December. This therapist is half retired and only works one week a month. They have no other therapist I can see with my insurance.
Love them they all are caring and loving about their patients
Was kicked from receiving care due to scheduling issues. Went on the date on my appointment card 3 times to get there to find out I had the wrong date on the card. Definitely reporting to the state
Other than my amazing psychiatrist, Dr. Durden, this place is a JOKE. This clinic has zero continuity of care. My doctor went on vacation, and despite me calling multiple times and even having my insurance intervene, no one would help me get a bridge refill for my prescribed controlled substance. I’ve been left without my medication, unable to work, and all I get is ‘we’ll leave a note for the nurse.’ Community mental health should support patients, not abandon them when providers are out. Honestly I love Dr Durden, he's amazing and so sweet. I have white coat syndrome which either makes me ramble or I don't speak at all, he was so courteous and cracked a lot of jokes while listening to me the whole time. I have ADHD and did not want to be on stimulants so we tried something I was on as a child, sadly it no longer seems to work so he put me on something else that works wonders.
