I have been with CCEC since 1980 and was very concerned about the merger. The service is still very personal and professional and I'm very impressed.
The service is wonderful, staff are friendly, Puja,Verónica, I felt very welcome, Puja helped with all muy concerns and solved the problem that I had with muy accounts.
This is a new banking relationship for me after previously dealing with another credit union and a ‘big bank’ that I left because of unsatisfactory customer service. I have nothing but praise for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the community vibe’ of the office. Looking forward to a great relationship!!
