I had a great experience with my refresher course here. Shay was my instructor and she has something like 20 years of experience with actual real world, daily emergency situations as an emergency responder. I felt like I was in great hands with her due to her wealth of knowledge! This is an intimate space so if you're worried about being in a large class, you more than likely will not have to worry about that here. I prefer a smaller class size so this was another plus for me.
I don’t believe any real people work here, impossible to get into get into contact with.
Shae was wonderful! I'll be coming back for my renewal.
I have taken CPR and first aid classes and refreshers for a minute now, but this one was special. Shae is gifted facilitator but her personal experience shows she understands what we need to watch for and how to deal with unexpected scenarios. I learned a lot and a lot that I didn’t know and really enjoyed The class and since I live so close, I am definitely going back soon to practice and ask questions if needed. It was a great experience
