The instructor (Michael Carter) was very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient and did a good job of engaging the class whilst still giving maintaining professionalism and giving feedback. Only gripe was that the reminder email did not confirm an address/location, and after confirming and arriving at the correct location, the classroom wasn't booked so both the receptionist and I were unsure if the class was even being held there until the instructor arrived. Other than that, very good experience overall.
I took the 1st aid, CPR and AED from Community Responders. Shae was my instructor and she is definitely a subject matter expert. Although I’ve been a 1st responder myself for over 30 years, I learned some new useful information. Shae is very enthusiastic about the material being taught and very personable, I highly recommend this company.
