CRI employs the most amazing people. From my personal care attendance worker,to everyone in the office. I am treated with the utmost respect and care. CRI allows me to stay living in my home, instead of a nursing home. I am forever greatful to CRI!!!
All the staff are amazing!!! Sara is my favorite PCA. She is so caring.
Let's be realistic, this facility does the bare minimum it has to for the money. I have friends that i visit and the extreme lack of care they receive through this neglectful company is beyond deficient. Its not just occasionally, it's consistently that the workers (multiple different aids) do the very least while leaving one disabled elderly to care for the other weaker elderly spouse while they sit as though their shift were finished.
