I love the MCconnellsburg CRI. I have three fabulous caregivers. That will do everything I ask. And the MCconnellsburg Office is fabulous. But you all need a scheduler for MCconnellsburg who knows the area and the knows the staff and how to schedule the local staff. I rated one star for the Lewistown Office because you can't run a business out of Lewistown CRI. Please give us MCconnellsburg Office to local staff. They truly deserve that. Thanks.
Over the last several years the improvements that was made was remarkable. The office staff is always friendly, personable and compassionate. The supervisor always goes out her way to show you that you matter you care always a phone call away to help. However, the last six months there has been such a decline the previous scheduler was not personable was rude and things with your schedule was always wrong. So I've been with CRI for 1yr and 4 months now and I honestly have to say this is one of my best and favorite jobs since I've moved out here to mcconnellsburg 9yrs ago. The office staff are amazing people to work for they are so very supportive and they work around your schedule they treat you like family and check in on you when they can and they also check in on the consumer's as well. Office staff is the bomb, they treat you like family. Of all jobs I’ve had, I love CRI, this job is amazing. Didn’t think I could do but with the help of the staff, I felt more and more comfortable. Amazing place.
