After months of begging, I got my hours back.
I've been working to get full time benefits for a year now, been with the company over 4 years, I just got my schedule for next month and I dont even have the hours I need, making the month useless toward my goal. Our office has lost many caregivers over the last few months, and even consumers due to scheduling concerns, which have been voiced and unheard. I used to feel valued at this company.
I worked for CRI for almost 12 years. I loved my job and the duties that came with it. The job was so rewarding and I felt great at the end of every shift. This company is not family oriented. What they care about is filling shifts before they care about you and your wellbeing.
