Recently reached out inquiring about their services an/or Requirements. Amy and Andrea have been very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my introduction and just hopeful to start a journey together and update you as my journey unfolds.
Paid $150 for 2 people then Went through the class. Site says they'll contact you within 2 business days. Finally get a hold of someone 3 days later for them to tell me that they're booked out 3 weeks. I'm supposed to close in 2 days. Don't go here
Lived there from 2012-2014. Overall positive experience and I found the management professional and very helpful. (Nadine, Noemi and then Anna). The Karen (Kah-Ren) neighbors were very friendly and humble, having arrived as political asylees escaping ethic cleansing and persecution by the Burmese government (Myanmar Republic). Maintenance issues were quickly resolved and the parent organization in Denver, CRHDC were actively involved and helpful in resolving tenancy issues that local management had not encountered before.
