Very disappointed with my experience at community resource fcu. I was happy to be able to pay my auto loan off a few years early this past November 2024. I went into the branch and paid my loan off in full and was told my account would be then closed and the remaining money I had in the account would be sent to me and I was told that moving forward no other payments would be taken from my account. My experience was great. I was seen by two women for my transaction; one was new and the other was mentoring her. They both were very nice and the mentor explained instructions very well to the mentee and explained to me my account and transaction in a very understanding way. Overall, it was a great experience.
