My personal experience at Hope House was truly life-changing. You get out what you put into it, period. It definitely requires a lot of self-motivated internal work, and yes, there are a lot of rules—but those rules are there for a reason. Those rules personally helped me gain more self-discipline and self-restraint which is such an important part of recovery.
