Abysmal experience. Was supposed to go to this location for an MRI. Even got a reminder call the day before about my appointment. I get there & after checking in find out that there's no tech to facilitate the exam. After trying & failing to coordinate anything since I took time off from work that day, I asked about rescheduling to whenever someone could assist. My grandfather had his CT appointment today, and he had a terrible experience. The office told him to come in even though their CT machine wasn’t working. After making him travel and wait, he was simply told the scan couldn’t be done. No courtesy call, no proper communication, and no concern for the fact that an elderly patient was inconvenienced for nothing. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of his time. I should have listened to the people who gave this place a 1-star review. I took my grandma for her exams, and the first thing I noticed was how outdated everything was. The décor was old-fashioned, the machines looked ancient, and the equipment didn’t seem up to date. To make things worse, my grandma saw a huge roach in the bathroom! That was the final straw. If you want quality care with modern equipment, go somewhere else. This was our first and last visit.
Went for an ultrasound, no wait, service was fast. However if you want a quick turnaround on the result, don’t go there. My doctor has called many times to get the results, but failed.
Great location and service. Bedside manner is outstanding. Front staff is attentive and speedy. Sagine Maitre, the radiology technician is professional, knowledgeable and super courteous. She goes above and beyond her duties, to make sure the job gets done correctly. And trust me when I say, SHE MADE SURE my radiology reading was on point with the surgeon’s request.
