I had the worst experience ever with Roling Oaks Radiology located on 1901 rice ave. Oxnard. Everithing started with a screening annual mammogram that was done on 11-07-2024. The recommandations of Dr. Weiss Andrea was: Continued clinical and annual screening 3-D mammografic tomosynthesis follow-up recommended. Also, at the same time I had a breast ultrasound and they discovered an oval circumscribed hypoechoic lesion that eneded up to be bening ( the wired thing is that the mass was always there for years but it got unotic... read more

Im on 3 phones waiting someone to answer my call since 9:45, If you are fake office, not existing let us know. I need to talk with superviser or manager. Its 1 hour and 30 minutes already. We, the Americans patients will start calling and writing to Medical BOARD. No customer support at all. Using 3 different numbers 818)933-2020 310)445-2800 800)378-5597 im on this 3 phones----silence fyuuu Ill do everything to pay you big money.

This place does not answer the phone regularly. It could be 3 hours of calling and still no answer. Their results are posted at the tail end of the maximum of days they quote you unless your doctor orders a stat result. My friend who works at TOSH warned me of how slow they are and how they don't answer the phone. The tech was good and the front office was fine. But I will choose another radiology place in the future due to these 2 important factors.
I booked an MRI with contrast for my shoulder and waited three weeks for the appointment. The day before, I got a call saying they had scheduled it incorrectly according to their “protocol,” they also needed to do the scan without contrast, which they hadn’t accounted for. Because of that, my appointment was now 10 minutes too short and had to be rescheduled. I offered to come in earlier to make up the time, but they said that wasn’t possible. Just coming back to specify that my previous review was for the AV Advanced Imaging Center in Lancaster. They also have one in Palmdale which I haven't been to.
