Great dr, nurses, medical assistants.
Been going here for 15 yrs. I was on my 4th doctor not bc I changed doctors but bc they all left practice. It took them 10 weeks to dx my llness and thru that time I would call but they don't get back to you. It took almost 2 weeks to get refill on prescription. I've never really been sick so i haven't gone much but when I needed them they definitely failed. Already left and what a deference at another practice!
I switched doctors last year after I moved to a new location. My old doctor was in West Mifflin which is about an hour and a half to and from there from where I live. I work with Dr. Holleran and Christine one of the physical assistant's. Very friendly front desk staff and nurses too.
So usually I would give this office a 4 or 5 but since Dr. Guy and Tara left, it has gone down hill!!! I have gone here for over 20 yrs. I don't call for an appointment unless I am really sick. That being said, I called early today for an appointment. I stated that I could be seen at any office and at any time. I was told that they didn't have any appointments so I should just go to an urgent care! Really??? If I wanted to go there I would have. Amazing nurses, PAs, NPs, and staff. I love coming here. Great primary care location.
