The week of Christmas I had an allergic reaction to a medication. It was prescribed to me by my Rheumatologist for a chronic condition. I spent 7 1/2 hours at the ER ( my Dr had been called first and knew I was going to ER). The next day I called my Rheumatologist to tell them about allergic reaction and meds that were prescribed. I went to the Fishkill location today for an appointment and had a horrible experience. When I was brought back to a room the “nurse MA phlebotomist” whatever her title is was discussing why I was here today in the hallway which is a violation of HIPAA. Not only that but she had no respect for patient privacy as she left the exam room door open the entire time. RecommendedHave been a patient of Dr Sinha and other members of this group for a long time. Other members of my family too.We always felt safe and well taken care of. But in the last week you out-did yourselves taking care of us and meeting our needs .I want to send a BIG THANK YOU to all the staff. Special mention to the ones that answer the texts , Grace, Dr.Butler and Maria !! It’s been a tough year for all. Keep up the good work.
The receptionist I spoke to, Alana, was WONDERFUL and so helpful in getting me the right information in a timely fashion. She got me set up with exactly what I needed and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The doctors here have been great with all the demands placed on them this year and are so welcoming to new patients. Thank you so much for all you do!
Great Knowledgeable caring doctors
I struggled to find a doctor after my car accident and when Community Primary told me they took no-fault I was so happy! I got to my appt and last minute another doctor came in. Apparently the one I made the appt with DOESN’T take no fault. I said several times while making the appt it was no fault. They sent someone else in. That person told me not only was my sternum not fractured (er told me it was and gave me paperwork saying it was), she also put in my work paperwork that my condition is good insinuating I could go back... read more
