WORST CLINIC EVER !! They do not take patient’s care or documents seriously . I have been waiting on provider Dr Walker to return paperwork for my insurance to cover my physical therapy for months despite me just seeing provider in office maybe a month ago. They’re unorganized, lazy and lackadaisical. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this clinic
I have just been wanting to do my basic checkup. It's been a headache. My Dr. was Hong (Nicole) Chen. Maybe a personality thing but she wasn't very kind, so I won't be back.
Do not care about there patients at all front desk people especially in hopewell office are super rude and disrespectful!!!
