Extremely fast visit. Stephanie Williams is wonderful. Highly recommend her!
I called them 3x and put me on hold twice. I was asking why my insurance sent me a letter saying I used a out of network doctor or hospital. It was about the mammogram in 6/6 said they can't change it and give me a billing number and billing said they don't handle and they give me another number for Blue ridge radiology and that is not working so I have to pay the full amount. I'm not going back to this hospital if you use out of network radiologist. You're not helping You're adding to my stress!
