I’ve been a patient here for about 5 years now. The doctors and nurses are always AMAZING. The issue is the receptionist. Anytime I call I get sent to voicemail. I never get a call back, a text, nothing. So I have to keep calling and keep calling for days on end just to schedule an appointment. Last year I had an appointment scheduled, showed up at 9 and the entire office was closed down, I called the Siloam medical clinic and they said “oh they’re closed today, they didn’t call you to reschedule?” No they didn’t lol.
