My family (me, daughter, elderly parents) have been going here for a good 10+ years. Our fav dr. Wilk retired, whom we loved. I've always had good experience with everyone except that I will get in to in a bit. I like the NP Elaina I think is her name. I find that anyone I've dealt with have been kind and caring. They get overworked and underappreciated so I try it be kind in return even when i am over worked and underappreciated. Super friendly, clean environment!
ive been here 3 times in the past month to get tested for stis and they tested me for the wrong thing two times. called to get tested again and got put on hold and has been transferred 4 times and nobody could help me. i even went into the office and i have to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment, even though i didnt need an appointment the past 3 times. nobody has helped me here. go ahead and look somewhere else if you need immediate testing. the Community Health off Clearvista Dr. got me in next day without a problem.
Dr. Galanti and her staff are AMAZING! They are always on top of everything. They respond very quickly to the messages on Mychart and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I am so glad I chose to make the switch to Dr. Galanti. The rest of my family will be making the switch as well!!
