They talk so much about "policy" then you show up 15 minutes before your appointment time and the doctor is still 30 minutes late!
I started my care with Matt McNutt & he left 😔. Most of my appointments were us mostly just BS’ing. Then my next dr was Andrew Stritzke & Hess now gone to another clinic as well. It’s hard to find a Dr you really like and trust. Now this new dr Mik Yong. I don’t know if I will like her or trust her.
Scheduled an appointment several months ago for the soonest available date to re-establish care since my provider left their practice (good for him). Went in today and they told me that my appointment was never actually scheduled and the soonest they can get me in is 7 months from now. Do not go here, they obviously do not care about their existing patients.
Katy Meinbresse and her nurse Chyanne are very patient and professional. Katy has a great bedside manner, she spends the time to listen and get to know you. Sometimes they are busy and it is hard to get an appointment the same day, but Chyanne will, if needed, talk to the appointment staff to get you in as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Katy to anyone looking for a primary provider.
