Awful. Used twice and never had a good experience. I wanted to purchase a walker that met my needs, but they refused to assess anything, and shoved one on me that I can’t even use. Just because insurance pays for it, doesn’t mean I want it or that it’s the product that works for me. They would not let me see any choices, only wanted me out of the store so they could be quick to rush another customer and collect the insurance payment. They refused to adjust the walker for my height , gave no instructions on how to use it. B... read more
