Dismissive and rude.refused to answer questions, refused to adjust walker to correct height for me, neglected to give any instruction in proper use. Refused to offer choices and assess which product was best suited to my needs. Did not give paperwork that I had to sign that I received. When I asked for these papers, was given a brochure about the pharmacy and what services they offer. Very poor way to treat people.

While, they may seem friendly and helpful to customers, behind the counter and in the back room the pharmacists and pharmacy techs are a group filled with malice, jealousy, and petty conflicts. Even though customer service is all that matters, and outwardly they show a unified presence, yet I can bear firsthand witness of the gossip and rumors that were spread not only of their fellow employees, but also of the every day regular customers. I prefer going to Community Pharmacy because of Mike & his personable service & great demeanor . They have fast & thorough customer service too. Much faster than Hannaford in Standish!

They always will take the time with the cilent and that is what makes it a great pharmacy.
