Wonderful experience with Kaitlyn today
June 4th he takes my deposit and paperwork, turns in everthing ot park office. I did inform him patient was to be discharged on the 18th and he had no problem., He did have to make 2 trips to office with the diagram for their approval.If was approved Friday and ready for township ok. Following Monday, he has me sign township form and $35 township check to get the approval. Mind you, he explains that after he does that, he will receive and email with approval to drop off to office and I guess give to him. He muttered somethin... read more
