Very slow service. Original Appt was canceled when I arrived bec room for vaccinations wasn’t available. Came the next day and had to wait more than 30 mins to get serviced
Normally cool, what I don't like with most busineses when over the phone, I get your procedures but mistakes do happened. Tried explaining when I order my refills they were to go to a certain location but was sent here instead. Talked and confirmed with a pharmacist and for lack of a better term sounded black. We discussed where my meds where going and I get mistakes happen, but here it is 4 days later and I'm speaking with a young white or Hispanic lady and the conversation seems like a debate. Getting the shots to avoid pneumonia and shingles.. just turned 59 and I decided to go there and get them very polite people who really cares and I had no pain..
Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy is awesome! The staff is very knowledgeable about the medications and they are courteous and professional in dealing with the public. If there's only one positive about me being on medication it's that I've found a great pharmacy to fill my prescriptions... keep up the good work
