A hidden gem in my Neighbourhood. I recently had a prescription filled here instead of CVS quite by accident and my co-pay was so much less. I think I’m gonna transition the rest of my scripts to Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy. It’s just as close but in a lower cost and better service. If I could change one thing, it would be to extend their closing time till seven or 8 PM. Other than that, I think they’re marvelous!
This place is a big step up from any other pharmacy in the area. Prescriptions are filled very quickly, they answer their phone and it's actually possible to talk to a pharmacist when needed. All staff is generally very good and responsive. The limited weekend hours and stock of other items in this tiny store are the only downsides. I wish all Walgreen stores were run this well.
Worst service. I was left on hold for almost 40 minutes waiting for the pharmacist. I called at 6:32, still on hold after they closed at 7 pm. No one ever answered. The young male technician there was not able to help me. He knew I had been left on hold. A few days ago, I was promised my medication would be shipped to me but it was not sent.
